1. Level dripper on holder, place over mug. Insert folded filter and shape into cone.

2. Rinse filter and warm dripper with hot water. Dispose of rinse water.

3. Add 20g medium-fine ground coffee to center of filter. Tare scale.

Pour from center in spiral outward to wet coffee bed evenly. Let drain for 45 seconds.

Pour to 140ml (+80ml)
Pour slowly, spiraling outward from center and back.
1:15 - Third Pour
Pour to 220ml (+80ml)
Pour to 220ml, spiraling outward from the center and back.
2:00 - Final Pour
Pour to 320ml (+100ml)
Pour to 320ml, starting with a gentle spiral outward until 270ml, then finish with a gentle center pour to 320ml.
