1. Level dripper on holder, place over mug. Insert folded filter and shape into cone.
2. Rinse filter and warm dripper with hot water. Dispose of rinse water.
3. Add 45g medium-fine ground coffee to center of filter. Tare scale.

Pour to 90ml
Pour from center in spiral outward to wet coffee bed evenly. Let drain for 30 seconds.
0:30 - Second Pour
Pour to 300ml (+210ml)
Pour slowly, spiraling outward from center and back.
1:30 - Third Pour
Pour to 510ml (+210ml)
Pour to 510ml, spiraling outward from the center and back.
2:00 - Final Pour
Pour to 720ml (+210ml)
Pour to 720ml, and enjoy.
